What is PRO-10?

Mission:

To deliver the very highest quality, cost-effective projects on schedule and within budget by employing and supporting motivated, focused teams. We are committed to adding value for clients through safety, innovation, integrity, professionalism and productivity.

The Labor-Users-Contractors Committee (LUC) has developed a 10-hour Professional training course for union construction workers, their signatory contractors, and the clients of these contractors to enhance the communication, cooperation, and productivity on all job sites. PRO-10 training was developed to further the understanding between each party and create a more harmonious and effective work environment.

PRO-10 starts with the "CORE 4," which is four hours of training on safety, communication, mutual respect, and professionalism. All parties on a PRO-10 job site must go through this training as well as an additional six hours of supplemental training provided by each trades training program or their trade's association.
